Fall 2013 reinstatement applications are now available for students enrolled in the Spring 2013 semester.(click to expand definition)

1. Complete Application
Complete a Current Student Application for Continued Enrollment
- Print and sign two copies (you will bring them to the seminar)
Applications for Continued Enrollment must be typed.
Handwritten applications will not be accepted.
For best results, save the application to your computer and fill out the downloaded PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is available for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
2. Write a Personal Statement
Your Personal Statement must include the following information:
- Student name (Last, First, Middle Initial)
- Student ID number
- Date and semester/year applying for
- Page numbers to include total number of pages
- Print one copy, to bring with your two application pages
Personal Statements must be typed.
Handwritten Personal Statements will not be accepted.
3. Provide Documentation (if applicable)
Any information you provide in your personal statement, you may provide documentation for. For example, if serious illness prevented you from successfully completing the semester, provide documentation that you are healthy enough to return to school. Any documentation you provide needs to be official.
4. Sign up for a Continued Enrollment Seminar
Attending a Continuing Enrollment Seminar is required for all Rule 38 students. If you work during the day, please select the evening session.

5. Attend the Continued Enrollment Seminar
Bring the copies of your application for continued enrollment and personal statement to the Continued Enrollment Seminar.
Academic deficiency holds will not be released until verification of seminar attendance and fee payment.
6. Submit Continued Enrollment Application
Bring your applications for continued enrollment, personal statement, documentation (if applicable), and the fee to the Continued Enrollment Seminar. You will pay Student Accounts immediately following the seminar.
Rule 38 (first time deficient): $50.00 non-refundable
