A block of apartments is being established specifically for Washington State Univeristy Tri-Cities students, allowing you to have roommates, form study groups, build strong friendships, and live independently. The rental lease is through The Timbers Apartments, with an on-site Resident Assistant who coordinates fun activities and supportive programs.

New: Timbers Apartment Complex Student Coordinator

The Student Coordinator is responsible for fostering and developing a positive environment and for serving as a resource to Washington State University Tri-Cities students living in the Timbers Apartment Complex in Richland. Student Coordinators must exhibit the qualities of leadership, teamwork, ability to relate to people, initiative, responsibility, and personal character in and through their position. The Student Coordinator is selected on the basis of maturity, dependability, problem-solving skills, availability, and ability to effectively communicate with student residents. The Student Coordinator is in a unique position to support the needs of WSU Tri-Cities students living at the Timbers residence and to serve as an extension of the WSU Tri-Cities administration to all Timbers residents.

Rental Guide Apartments

Find Washington apartments for rent by clicking a city, and then enter your rental search criteria to see a list of apartments, townhomes, duplexes and other properties for rent in the local area. The Guest House @ PNNL
The Guest House, located in Richland, would like to add to WSU Tri-Cities students college experience by living at the Guest House @ PNNL for a special student rate of only $600 a month. Access to an exercise room, utilities, broadband internet, and DirecTV are included in this flat rate. The dorm rooms include furnished private bedrooms and baths, with shared common living area and a complete kitchen. On-site laundry, vending, bike rentals, and easy access to bus route. Linens and common area housekeeping service included. Individual private rooms are 180 square feet, including a private bathroom, desk, and bed. It is gated for maximum personal security of residents.
