Welcome to CougSync
CougSync is the new student organizations management system at WSU Tri-Cities. The new system is equipped with new tools, including a dynamic calendar, enhanced communication, e-portfolio, as well as direct user interface with Facebook. The Office of Student Involvement is here to help students get involved with student organizations, please do not hesitate to contact us for any organizational support.
Typically the RSO Portal is reset at the beginning of August. Student Organizations will complete their annual registration process via this new system beginning August 2011.

Additional CougSync Training
If your organization needs more members to complete CougSync training here are the new steps:
- Watch the video at the following link.
- Email belong@wsu.edu for a question about the content in the video.
- Answer the question correctly and that member will be added to the list for your organization.
Remember you need to have 3 student officers complete training. If you have a question about your organization’s status on completing the training, please contact Student Involvement.
