Important WSU Financial Aid Forms

Financial Aid Forms

Authorization for Direct Deposit

This form will allow the school to deposit any left over financial aid funding directly into your bank account, eliminating waiting in long lines to pick up your Financial Aid check on the first day of classes.  This form needs to be submitted at least 10-14 days in advance of the first anticipated deposit.

Authorization to Apply Financial Aid to all charges

This form allows Financial Aid to pay all charges on your account before issuing a check for the amount leftover after tuition is paid.  Some examples of charges where this form is needed for Financial Aid to pay directly are:  Student Health Insurance, Sports Pass , Chinook, library fines and parking tickets.

*Summer requires an additional form as well as the FAFSA
