Description
Requirements
Students are required to:
- Attend all lectures, discussions, and films;
- Read the required texts, including the daily Tri-City Herald;
- Each week, submit an abstract, written in your own words, of an article
involving a local environmental issue reported on in the previous week's
Tri-City Herald (typed, double-spaced, max. 150 words);
- Complete four "mid-term" examinations;
- Complete an individually-authored report on at least one practical way to
"green" the WSU Tri-Cities campus. Due no later than the scheduled beginning
of the course final exam. The paper should be typed, double-spaced, at least
10 pp. in length, plus cover page, references, and citations as appropriate;
and
- Make an oral presentation at the end of the semester based on that
report.

Accommodations
