Room Request Form

Room requests must be submitted for approval a minimum of five (5) working days in advance of the event date. Rooms will be scheduled into the next academic term on a TENTATIVE BASIS ONLY and will not be confirmed until after the first week of academic classes (contact the receptionist @ 372-7000.) Washington State University Tri-Cities reserves the right to cancel reservations no less than three (3) days prior to the first day of the scheduled room usage noted on this request form.
Only commercially prepared food items and caterers that have current Benton County Food Handler's Permits can provide food for events held on Campus. State Banquet/Liquor Permits must be posted at the event site whenever liquor will be served on the Campus. We strongly recommend no alcohol before 4:00pm. Please provide copies of the Food Handler's and/or Liquor permit when returning the Room Rental Contract.
Please note that rooms will not be available after 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday. Rooms must be vacated by 4:00pm to facilitate setup for academic classes.
Any damage to Washington State University property other than that due to normal wear and tear will be chargeable to the renter. It shall be the responsibility of the renter to remove decorations and personal objects concerned with the event immediately after the conclusion.

There is an additional charge of $25.00 per hour for setting up events, re-arranging furniture, or cleanup before 8:00am, after 4:00pm and weekends. If special room arrangements are needed please contact Facilities Services at 372-7213. No charges for internal WSUTC sponsored events.
