Washington State University Tri-Cities

College of Nursing

Welcome to the Washington State University College of Nursing Tri-Cities! We offer several exceptional undergraduate and graduate nursing degree programs with a mix of on-campus and distance-friendly online options.

Our largest and most popular undergraduate degree program is the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). We admit approximately 24 new students per semester in August and January.

For current RNs seeking a Bachelor’s degree, we offer the distance-friendly RN to BSN program. This program is flexible and ideal for today’s working nurse and can be completed on campus or online.

Our Master’s in Nursing (MN) degree is offered with specialization in Advanced Population Health, Nursing Education, and Nursing Leadership. An individualized program of study option is also available. An advisor can help you determine appropriate course work to take with this option.

The College of Nursing now offers a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Spokane and Vancouver. The DNP offers the following three specializations: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Advanced Population Health (APH). Students may enter this program post-bachelor’s or post-master’s degree. Visit our College of Nursing Spokane website for more information on how the DNP can advance your nursing career.

Faculty and students from the college are active in the Tri-Cities community, collaborating with nurses and health care leaders from area health care facilities, schools and universities, and hospitals. We cultivate and support higher education, with a deep commitment to quality instruction, scholarship, research, and service.
