9: Mini-Career Fair of at least 10 employers recruiting science, engineering, and business juniors and seniors, in the East Building Commons (Magic Beans), 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

— Meeting of Congressional staffers with faculty and outreach programs staff that receive federal funding; there will also be a tour the Bioproducts, Sciences, and Engineering Laboratory.

16: WSU Tri-Cities Inauguration a special event to welcome all new students — freshmen and transfers alike — to WSU Tri-Cities. It runs on campus from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

20: Fall semester classes begin.

31: WSU President Elson S. Floyd visits the WSU Tri-Cities campus.

September 2007
