Audio/Visual Equipment
I'm doing a classroom presentation and need a computer and data projector. Where can I check these out?
Just click on the Media Services link in the left-hand column and fill in the equipment request form. The equipment will be set up prior to your class. If you have any questions, contact the Media Services office a 372-7203.
Computer Labs
Is there an on-campus computer lab I can use?
There is a walk-in general use computer lab available to all currently enrolled Tri-Cities students in West 140. This link has all the details: http://www.tricity.wsu.edu/dis/complabs.htm
When classes or special training sessions are not scheduled, students may also use the computer lab in CIC 219.
Computer Network Access
Why do I need a WSU Pullman computer network account?
A Pullman network account allows you to access WSU-wide electronic resources such as METRO, E-Info, and myWSU. Students may get an account at this Web address: http://www.wsu.edu/Nid/nid.html
Why do I need a WSU Tri-Cities computer network account?
A network account is needed to use computers anywhere on campus. This includes the computer labs and, after August 1st, the computers in the library. A network account may be obtained by stopping by the Computer Services office, CIC225 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or by filling out a form on our website at http://www.tricity.wsu.edu/ctc/netacct.htm
Digital Equipment
Where can I check out a digital camera for a class project?
Just click on the Media Services link in the left-hand column and fill in the equipment request form. You can pick up the camera in the WHETS Control Room, West 222. Have any questions, contact the Media Services office a 372-7203.
