The Friends of the Max E. Benitz Memorial Library Announce: The Benitz Library Working Scholars Sponsored Employment Program
The WORKING SCHOLARS SPONSORED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM provides those giving to the Friends
an opportunity to designate a gift to pay a deserving WSU student to work in the Benitz
Library. These Sponsored Employment Awards are doubly beneficial, helping worthy WSU
students further their education, while simultaneously helping the Benitz Library meet its
ongoing staffing needs.
By making a gift of $500; $1,000; $1,500; $2,000; or $3,000 to the Friends WORKING SCHOLARS SPONSORED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM, you can pay a portion or all of the wages for a WSU student to work in the Benitz Library for a term or semester.
Giving at the $1,000 level or above also makes you a member of the President's Associates of the WSU Foundation.
To be eligible, students must be enrolled in at least 5 graduate hours or 6 undergraduate hours in the semester the award is received or in the immediately preceding semester. Students simultaneously enrolled in both WSU and another institution may count their combined credits.
