Eligibility:
- 2.5 Minimum GPA
- The grant fund low-income women throughout the state of Washington
- Must be in need of financial assistance for tuition and books
- Must be eligible for in-state tuition
- Must be attending an accredited school in the state of Washington

- Must have been a Delta Kappa Gamma member for two years
- Must be working toward an advanced degree above a B.A.

Eligibility
- Must be a resident of Washington State
- Must be women educators (or in training to be an educator) in WA
