VPN service is requires a WSUTC Computer account. If you don't yet have one you can request it here.

VPN Instructions

To use the VPN, first you'll need to login at https://wsutcvpn.tricity.wsu.edu/. If you receive a warning about the certificate not being trusted, you'll have to continue to view the site, or add an exception (in Firefox). If you have java installed on your system, the client should automatically run, but if not you should see a download link. See below for screenshots for particular operating systems.
