Program Description
The School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science specializes in a wide variety of concentrations, including artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, distributed computing, power systems engineering, control and signal processing, computer architecture and digital systems, electrophysics, analog microelectronics, software engineering, networks, and security, digital VLSI circuit design. Students have opportunities to work in state-of-the-art laboratories. Funding is available to highly qualified applicants.

Admission Requirements
Students considering graduate study in electrical engineering and computer science should major in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science. Applications should include a statement of purpose giving qualifications, research interests, and goals; official college transcripts; and three letters of recommendation.
