Civil & Environmental Engineering
Civil Engineering is a profession that uses our nation’s resources to improve the quality of life for everyone, while preserving and protecting the natural environment. Civil engineers design and maintain crucial infrastructure, including water facilities, electric energy generation, solid and hazardous waste disposal, community planning, highways, railroads, airports, buildings, and bridges.
The Washington State University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) offers courses on the Pullman campus leading to bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees. The Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering is accredited by the national Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). For more details, visit www.ce.wsu.edu.
