  • Tuesday, April 3; 12:10 - 1:00 p.m.: Resume Writing Workshop: Write it right! Learn which format works best for your goals, how to create a "scannable" resume, and how to add polish that gets the attention of employers; West Building, Room 247.
  • Wednesday, April 4; 12:10 - 1:00 p.m.: Interviewing Skills Workshop: Get practical tips on reducing stress and increasing interview impact; East Building, Room 218.
  • Thursday, April 5; 12:10 - 1:00 p.m.: Mock Interviews Workshop: Our staff will give you pointers to enhance your effectiveness in an interview; practice in front of a video camera to see opportunities to improve with our assistance; Consolidated Information Center, Room 221.
  • Friday, April 6; 12:10 - 1:00 p.m.: How to Find a Job Workshop: A sound job search strategy is key to securing employment in these challenging economic times. Learn a proactive approach for uncovering job leads and learn about many of the free resources available for job seekers; West Building, Room 247.
  • Tuesday, April 10; 12:10 - 1:00 p.m.: Negotiating Salary and Benefits Workshop: Learn how to skillfully negotiate for the salary and benefits that you deserve; West Building, Room 247
  • Wednesday, April 11; 12:10 - 1:00 p.m.: Resume Writing Workshop: Today's employers often receive hundreds of applications in response to one available position. Learn how to make yours stand out! East Building, Room 218.
  • Thursday, April 12; 12:10 - 1:00 p.m.: Interviewing Skills Workshop: Walk through a preparation checklist, learn how to answer tough questions and make the best professional impressions; West Building, Room 247.
  • Friday, April 13; 12:10 - 1:00 p.m.: Hands-on Resume Clinic in the Computer Lab: Work with our Career Development Center staff with one-on-one consulting as you work on improving your resume; Consolidated Information Center, Room 219.

The WSU Tri-Cities Career Fair provides recruiters with the opportunity to connect with top students from a major university with academic programs ranked among the best in the nation.

WSU Tri-Cities students and WSU alumni from all majors, as well as the job seekers from the general public, attend looking for full-time, internship, and graduate school opportunities.
