Used as a part of the career counseling process, there are many career development assessment tools that can help clarify your work values, interests, and skills, while providing important information to enhance personal growth and self-understanding.
Available Assessments
- To learn more about how your values relate to majors and careers, use SIGI 3® administered through Pullman Athletics.
- To look at various aspects of your personality, take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
- To explore your interests and their relationship to majors and careers, take the Strong Interest Inventory (SII).
