JESS seminar: Insights from the Weapons of Beetles, 12 p.m., West 131

"A General Mechanism for Condition-Dependent Growth of Exaggerated, sexually-selected Traits: Insights from the Weapons of Beetles" will be presented by Dr. Laura Lavine.

The Joint Engineering and Science Seminar (JESS) series is an interdisciplinary effort of the School of Engineering
and Computer Science and the College of Arts and Sciences at WSU Tri-Cities.

Admission is free and open to the public. Graduate students, post-docs and professionals are especially encouraged to attend.

JESS talks are held at 12 p.m. almost every Friday through spring semester. Most seminars are upstairs in the Consolidated Information Center, 2770 Crimson Way, Richland. For driving directions go to tricity.wsu.edu, click on "visit."
