Importance of Sleep, 12 p.m., West 247
12 to 1 p.m., West 247, Videoconference from WSU Pullman.
Sleep has been shown to impact your performance in school, work, physical activity, and happiness. Staying up long hours to finish house work or that to-do list, may sound like a good idea, but this may reduce your performance on your performance at work, in your relationships, your emotions, and your physical performance. Come to this workshop and see how sleep impacts your life and how you can be more successful in everything you do by ensuring your sleep is helping you and not hurting you.
As with all Work/Life Advisory Council Brown Bag Presentations, everyone is welcome and are encouraged to bring their lunchs to the talk.
