Extension: Sewing & Stitchery Expo, Puyallup
The Clothing & Textile Advisors are chartering a 40-passenger bus to the Washington State Fairgrounds in Puyallup for the Sewing & Stitchery Expo. The Expo is the largest sewing exhibit and seminar in the Northwest. It provides an opportunity to see the latest products and learn the newest techniques.
The bus will leave from Richland at 6:00 am on Friday, March 1, 2013. It will also stop in Benton City at 6:30 am, in Prosser at 7:00 am and in Yakima at 7:45 am to pick up participants. The bus should arrive in Puyallup at Expo about 10:00 am.
On Saturday, March 2, the bus will depart Expo at 6:00 pm for the return trip home. A 30 minute dinner stop is planned at North Bend.
Each participant should purchase their own daily entrance tickets and seminar tickets in accordance with the instructions on the Expo registration form. You will be available for seminars Friday afternoon and all day Saturday.
Transportation and lodging (2 persons to a room) are included in the $120 fee. If postmarked after February 15, 2013, the cost will be $135. A minimum of 30 registrations are required by February 15.
Reasonable accommodations for individuals who qualify under the American with Disabilities Act are available upon request. If accommodation is not requested 10 days in advance, we cannot guarantee availability of accommodation on site.
