Dia de los Muertos presentation
Day of the Dead is a Mexican celebration that happens every November 2nd.
As our club celebrates the Hispanic Cultures, we want to celebrate Day of the Dead to give the chance to the WSU Tri-Cities community to learn and experience what is like to celebrate Day of the Dead.
October 31 - November 1: Make Day of the Dead decorations (sugar skulls, flowers, masks, puppets), and help construct the altar. Time and room to be announced.
November 2: Display of traditional Day of the Dead altar and presentation by Francisca Yoder, WSU Tri-Cities Spanish Professor and Hispanic Cultures Club Advisor. Time and room to be announced.
Sponsored by the Hispanic Cultures Club.
