The Guest House, located in Richland, would like to add to WSU Tri-Cities students college experience by living at the Guest House @ PNNL for a special student rate of only $600 a month. Access to an exercise room, utilities, broadband internet, and DirecTV are included in this flat rate. The dorm rooms include furnished private bedrooms and baths, with shared coming living area and a complete kitchen. On-site laundry, vending, bike rentals, and easy access to bus route. Linens and common area housekeeping service included. Individual private rooms are 180 square feet, including a private bathroom, desk, and bed. It is gated for maximum personal security of residents.
