  • Memo on appointing ta's and ra's
  • Important Message from the Graduate School
Graduate Assistants on 50% FTE or greater should not be paid additional time via temporary employment. All exceptions to this process should be requested via the Graduate School attention: Dr. Steve Burkett & Paul Weed for prior approval. Failure to report may result in an immediate termination of a graduate assistantship. During the term of their appointment, all graduate student service appointees are expected to be at work each normal workday, including periods when the University is not in session with the exception of the legal holidays designated by the Board of Regents. Graduate students may work additional hours during established university break periods when not on an active Graduate Assistant appointment.
