Blended Wines - March 3 - CLOSED
Discover award winning blended wines. This is a unique opportunity to first taste various component wines and then sample selected blends for both red and white wines. Learn about the art and science of blended wines with Dr. Thomas Henick-Kling, Director of WSU's Viticulture and Enology programs, and Micky French, winemaker at Barnard Griffin Winery. Cost is $35. Must be at least 21 to attend.

Wine 101 - January 20 - CLOSED
Learn the basics about wine at the Wine 101 seminar, 6:30 p.m. Jan. 20, in CIC 120. Wine Press Northwest magazine’s Master Facilitator Hank Sauer will present a fun and engaging introduction to wine appreciation. Cost is $35. Must be at least 21 to attend.

Matching Wines with Cougar Cheeses - February 3 - CLOSED
Great wine and cheese pairings are not simply a "match made in heaven." They occur when you pay attention to a few important tips. With a bit of knowledge, you can enjoy excellent pairings that bring out the best in both wine and cheese. Enjoy a fun evening with Andy Perdue, editor of Wine Press Northwest magazine, as you learn which Northwest wines complement WSU's famous Cougar Cheeses. Come and taste the difference with delectable pairings. Cost is $40. Must be at least 21 to attend.
All seminars will occur in CIC Room 120, 6:30 p.m.
Course fee policy:
If you are not able to attend the course for which you are registered, we are unable to issue refunds but will be glad to apply your course fee to another WSU Tri-Cities wine education course (if space is available) if you notify us more than 30 days prior to the course for which you originally registered.
