WSU Tri-Cities offers excellent opportunities for students seeking knowledge and experience in the science of winemaking and grape production through our world class faculty.

The BS in Horticulture with Viticulture and Enology Option at WSU Tri-Cities is offered in cooperation with the WSU Department of Horticulture and the community colleges. Prospective students are encouraged to meet with the WSU Tri-Cities advisor before transferring to discuss program prerequisites to be completed at the community college.

Areas of learning in Horticulture, with emphasis on Viticulture and Enology, include the science and technology of plant propagation, cultural practices, genetic improvement, harvesting, storage, processing, marketing, and other specific aspects of grape growing and winemaking.
