The Open Enrollment period for plan year 2010 is now through Nov. 30.
Human Resource Services manager Julie Nelson will be available to answer employee questions about open enrollment and benefit changes for 2010 on Wednesday, November 4, between 11:00 a.m. and 12 p.m. in West 247.
This is the one time each year when you can make changes to your medical and/or dental plans or add an eligible family member to your coverage. This is also the time to enroll in the Flexible Spending Account and/or Dependent Care Assistance Programs. Enrollment changes become effective January 1, 2010. Review information and make changes online at www.hrs.wsu.edu/openenrollment .
If you do not want to make a medical or dental plan change for 2010, you do not need to do anything. Your 2009 enrollment choices will continue for 2010. The 2010 plan year brings changes in monthly premiums, deductibles, and other out-of-pocket costs.
