Chuck Forrester
Chuck Forrester is currently the Nuclear Security Manager at Energy Northwest. Chuck has 29 years of comprehensive experience in various positions of increasing responsibility and complexity in the areas of business, program, and project management within safeguards and security including experience in all functional security areas (physical, information, personnel, and security force operations). He has extensive knowledge of commercial nuclear physical protection strategies, including NRC Evaluated Force on Force exercises. Chuck has demonstrated skill in team leadership development, project and program management.
Additional experience includes interfacing with various sports and community organizations in the area of marketing. He has completed several marketing projects in the local community, including in-depth consultation with the Tri-City Dust Devils and its parent organization and Tri-City Americans. Chuck's community activities included the Tri-City Sports Council, Tri-City Water Follies, Pasco Business and Marketing Management committee, Veterans of Foreign War, and WSU Tri-Cities Business Advisory Council.
Chuck holds a MBA from Washington State University, MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a BS from the University of the State of New York.
He is married and has two sons. He is a retired Major in the United States Marine Corps.
